About Gun Blood
Gun Blood is a free Wild West duelling game built entirely around reaction time. You face a series of gunslingers one at a time, and each duel begins on a countdown — draw and fire faster than your opponent, or be shot first.
Each round is over in well under a second, which makes this a pure reflex test with a small aiming component. You have to move the crosshair onto the opponent and click, so the players who win consistently are the ones who position their cursor near where the opponent will be before the count reaches zero rather than reacting from a neutral position.
As you progress the opponents draw faster, and later duels involve multiple targets simultaneously, which changes the problem from pure speed to target prioritisation. Headshots kill instantly while body shots may not, so accuracy still matters even at this pace.
How to play Gun Blood
Wait for the countdown to reach zero, then move your crosshair onto the opponent and click to fire. Firing before the count ends disqualifies you. Aim for the head for an instant kill. Later duels feature multiple opponents who must all be eliminated quickly.
Tips and strategy
- Park your cursor on the opponent's chest before the countdown ends. Reacting from the centre of the screen costs you the duel.
- Aim for the head. A body shot does not always kill, and a second shot is time you do not have.
- Do not fire early — a false start loses the round outright.
- In multi-opponent duels, shoot the nearest target first; they draw fastest.
