About Basket Random
Basket Random is a free two-player basketball game in which almost everything changes every point — the players, the ball, the hoop height and the physics. You control a single jump button, and the comedy comes from how little control that gives you over a match you are somehow still trying to win.
The randomisation is the design. One point you are a normal figure shooting at a normal hoop; the next the ball is enormous, the floor is ice and your character has one absurdly long arm. Because both players face the same conditions it stays fair, and because neither can plan, matches swing wildly right up to the final point.
With a single button per player, the actual skill is timing your jump so that your arm connects with the ball at the right point in its arc. That is genuinely learnable even through the chaos, and good players win noticeably more often than the randomness would suggest.

Press your single control to jump and swing at the ball. The first player to reach the target score wins. Conditions change every point — the characters, ball size, hoop position and physics are all randomised — so adapt each round rather than relying on a fixed technique.
Tips and strategy
- Jump slightly before the ball arrives. Your arm swings on a delay and reacting to the ball itself is late.
- When the floor is slippery, small taps hold position better than continuous input.
- Let a high ball come down to you rather than jumping at its peak — you have more control near the ground.
- Both players get the same conditions, so a bad round is not unfair. Play the physics you are given rather than fighting them.
