What to include
For a bug report, the details that help most are the game's name, the device and browser you were using, and a short description of what happened — whether the game failed to load at all, or stopped responding partway through.
For a game request, the exact title is usually enough. If it's a lesser-known game, a link to where you played it before helps us track down a version we can host.
Response times
We work through messages in the order they arrive. Bug reports affecting a game that won't load at all are prioritised, since those stop people playing entirely — most are fixed within a few days of being reported. Leaving a reply address is optional, and we only use it to answer your message.
